Yeah, it's THE Perfect Gravy. It's that good. I would be lying if I said I didn't consider putting this in a coupe glass and drinking it on camera... It's the perfect balance of like umami, complex, and salty flavor with a lil brightness from the ACV. Not to mention the subtle sweetness from the maple syrup just balances it all out. It's THE gravy... period.
