literally heaven in a bite.. trust me! This is a heavy adaptation of Momofuku's Miso Mushroom Crispy Rice btw! I don't support the chili oil bullying, but I do love their food :') Full transparency: this recipe is extremely close (and most steps are identical because I did use their recipe) to Momofuku's (which you can find https://shop.momofuku.com/blogs/recipes/miso-mushroom-crispy-rice?srsltid=AfmBOorUxyWVewffgbJnz5jHmoZS-Z6_dliZEfkc-8hc3-pnac6PaIHq), just with a few of my changes for my taste.
