halibut-alla-puttanesca
Sometimes when I feel like I want something more for dinner, I try bringing different dishes together, and when it works, it’s the best feeling. I made a puttanesca-inspired sauce as a base for my fish fillet. Traditionally, puttanesca includes anchovies, but since the dish already features fish, I felt like I could leave them out. While I believe many types of white fish would work here, I paired it with a Halibut fillet, and the result honestly blew my mind.
Ingredients
For the fish:
5.5 halibut fillets (about 3 oz each)
Kosher salt, to taste
