I will never ever stop loving and making egg salad sammies. 🥚 I edited the "Egg Salad Sammi" recipe a bit (all edits reflected below) and made it PERFECT to fit with this sammi. This one gets topped with an endive and sauerkraut slaw n’ more micro greens. The bitterness bites through the inherent sweet fattiness of the egg salad. WHICHHH we added in some truffle hot sauce to bring on an extra pizazz. 👼🏻 IT’S PERFECTION. Overall a solid 10/10 sammi.
Ingredients
3 endive, thinly sliced down the length of the endive. (So cutting hamburger not hotdog ya feel?)
2 tbsp butter
