The kind of salad you forget is a salad. Sometimes I just need a break from the usual cucumber-tomato-lettuce lineup. Nothing wrong with it, but I wanted something that could stand on its own. Then came this salad. Warm crunchy croutons, juicy peaches, and cold torn mozzarella came together and totally stole the show. Instantly transported me straight to a summer vacation!
