easy-chicken-pho
This is the much easier version of Pho. Usually you would be roasting some beef bones, and simmering for 4-6 hours. Here, I just use a whole chicken, water, some aromatics and spices, and I'm all set. This is highly customizable, and low effort, though it does still take some time.
