Tastes Like Fried Baked Tofu
There's some kind of magic that happens when the cornstarch coats the cubes of tofu. It tastes like it has been deep fried, but there's only two tablespoons of oil in the recipe. Start in the morning (or the night before) to marinade the tofu nicely.
