Easy Asian Infusion Stir Fry (spicy or Mild)
This is one of my favourite Asian-infused stir-fries—simple, flavourful, and a great way to add variety, especially for those who enjoy a lot of protein. It's quick and easy to make, but if you have extra time, you can elevate the flavour by sautéing garlic, ginger, or both (see additional notes below). The recipe is also perfect for prepping in advance and cooking on the go. While it doesn't include vegetables, it pairs beautifully with steamed greens like broccolini. Difficulty - Easy
