We had some filo pastry lying around after we made our Baklavah Cheesecake and decided to make some Lamb Sambousek. These golden, crispy, crunchy and juicy parcels of well-seasoned lamb make a great meal when paired with a 6-ingredient Mediterranean salad (search our blog for it!).
