Crockpot Chicken Enchilada Soup
This is by far my favorite soup recipe I go to when it starts getting cold out. I'm not really even a soup person and this soup has me craving it left and right when fall and winter hit. You can always use fresh chicken (cooked/shredded) or the lazy way and buy canned chicken breast which tastes just as good. Yes, the picture has beans in it. I don't like beans so I don't include them in my recipe.
