This was one of my favorite pasta dishes growing up! Fresh Orecchiette, Tender broccoli rabe, sweet Italian fennel sausage, and copious amounts of Pecorino Romano. I can eat an entire pound of this any night of the week! And the best part, outside of the cooking the pasta, the whole dish will come together in one pan!
Ingredients
1 lb pasta (Orecchiette or Cavatelli)
1 lb sweet Italian pork fennel sausage, removed from casing
1 bunch broccoli rabe, chopped
