My Version of the Jennifer Aniston's Friend's Salad
I tried the original recipe for the Jennifer Aniston's Mediterranean bulger wheat salad that she ate every day for lunch on set, and I didn't like it. It lacked flavor and panache. I decided to adjust the recipe to my taste and be came addicted. Since I live alone, this salad last's me for 2 to 3 days. My version is vegetarian, and uses Tabbouleh that already has the required herbs and is savory, easy to prepare, and delicious. Note: I absolutely despise raw onion, but if you'd like, don't be afraid to add some to this recipe.
