Matzah Pig in a Blanket
This is one of my dad's fondest childhood memories from Passover. As you may know, Passover is the ultimate gluten-free holiday. In Israel, this means that during that week, and I mean EVERYTHING, gets a gluten-free version. Growing up around Tel Aviv, my dad used to frequent the local stadium to watch soccer matches. Typically, the vendors outside would sell hotdogs in buns, but during Passover, they had a unique twist: rolling the hotdogs in matzah and frying them to perfection upon order. Ever since my dad introduced it to us as kids, we've been asking for it every single year. It's an incredible snack during the holiday, and honestly, all year long.
