For the penultimate episode of Just Jamming, I decided to make this buttery-textured, delicately sweet papaya jam!! FYI - don’t be put off by the “interesting” smell, the taste is what counts 👏🏻 I actually ran out of caster sugar (only had 60g left), so I used a combination of that with light brown sugar, which ended up giving the jam a richness I wasn’t expecting 😍 if you don’t have brown sugar, then stick with full caster - but I’d definitely recommend mixing it up like I did!
