A little greasy, but incredibly delicious. Especially for those who don't like red sauce (y'all crazy). The homemade pesto makes all the difference. I add cream to my pesto to add a little more richness to the base, but also to make it easier to spread. And I don't care what anyone says, but hot honey is NOT overused. I used my New York-ish dough recipe but you can use any of the other recipes as well.
