Whole Roasted Branzino with Lemon Dill Mayo Peppers and Onions
This is one of those dishes that looks impressive but is actually so simple to pull off. Whole branzino roasts beautifully in the oven with crispy skin, tender flaky meat, and when it sits over a bed of sweet peppers and onions, everything just melts together. The lemon dill mayo brings it all to life. It’s bright, creamy, and cuts through the richness of the fish in the best way. If you’ve never cooked a whole fish before, this is such a good place to start. It feels elevated, but it’s honestly very approachable.
