Tiramisu Disguised As a Chocolate Chip Cookie
This is a stunning tiramisu cleverly disguised as a chocolate chip cookie. The flavours are incredible—the crunchy outer shell gives way to creamy mascarpone mousse, and the coffee and nut liquor-soaked ladyfingers provide a rich, bold note that leaves no doubt: "Yes, this is 100% tiramisu!" While the dessert and its components are relatively simple to make, executing it requires some knowledge and skill. It takes about 2-3 days to complete, as the dessert needs ample time to freeze.
