herby-pesto!

I'm calling this herby pesto becauseeee you don't need to strictly stick to basil. While it's a total 10/10 with just basil, I've also made it with a mix of herbs and frankly it adds a lil something something. Only have basil? Perfect. Have basil, parsley, and some cilantro? Dope. Don't overthink it and just use what you have baby. But! This stuff is good on just about everything. Sandwiches, pizza, eggs, meat, fish, pasta salad, if you can think it you can pesto it.
