Just about my favourite eggplant dish in the entire world. Thank you Faiza Bhabi and Sophia Baji for this mouth watering, show stopping dish. Even if you don't like eggplant, you've got to try this!! It tastes great with or without anything. I can eat it with a spoon, on crispy Bavarian multigrain toast, or with plain white rice. But it's paired best with any sort of biryani. Try it and see for yourself!

750 g yogurt 2%
2.5 medium onions, sliced thin
