Personally, I love the brownie version most; it has the perfect balance of sweetness, rich chocolate flavour, and indulgence. Using three types of chocolate is what makes these cookies feel extra special. The addition of white chocolate, especially, adds a slight crunch as it caramelises in the oven, while also bringing a surprisingly creamy sweetness that pairs beautifully with the deeper cocoa notes in the brownie version, but also in the classic.
