Sourdough Challah
Our Sourdough Challah takes traditional challah to a whole new level. Made with a naturally fermented sourdough starter, this loaf has a soft, pillowy crumb and just a hint of tang that perfectly balances its light sweetness. The dough is enriched with honey and eggs for a golden, flavorful bread that’s both deliciously tender and beautifully braided. Each loaf is allowed to rise slowly, giving it a rich, complex flavor and a slight chew that’s unique to sourdough. Perfect for sharing, toasting, or as a special addition to any meal, our Sourdough Challah combines old-world flavor with timeless appeal.
