berry-tart
When you can get great berries, why not showcase them in a great tart? This one works well with blueberries and raspberries I know first-hand. But I'd be willing to bet it would also be great with apricot, peach, nectarines, or other berries, too! (Adapted from Gourmet Magazine, August 1995)
