Scottish Potato Scones
Homemade potato scones are infinitely better than what you can buy in the shops. They can be cooked straight from frozen, so make a big batch (double or treble the recipe) to freeze and you'll never be short of delicious tattie scones for breakfast.I've made these vegan and gluten-free-friendly and they taste just as good. If using gluten-free flour I would recommend making your scones on the thicker side, as they can have trouble holding together if rolled out too thin.
