ojos-mexican-pan-dulce
This is another classic Mexican Pan Dulce. It has different names in every region; some names are ojos de Pancha, ojos de buey, y ombligos. The flaky and hard ring is like a pie crust, and the center/filling is soft, like a cake. The size will depend on you, I made them smaller than what you find at the bakeries, and I got 12 out of this recipe with a bit of filling left.

0.5 cup of whole milk
flour to dust
