If you’re not a big fan of veggies, it’s because you haven’t given them the love they deserve. When you treat a vegetable like the main event, something magical happens! This is probably my favorite way to eat cauliflower. Seared first in a pan for the perfect golden brown color, then thrown into the oven to get nice and soft. The green dressing is bright, herby, and umami from the anchovies we sneak in. Make this to wow a crowd!
