Even if usually I prefer to have a crispy thin focaccia with rosemary, garlic and parmesan flakes, for this time my choice was to bake a classic Italian focaccia, inspired from original recipes. Although the results are spectacular when using a starter, this recipe is great even using dry yeast for the dough.

Ingredients

100 gr starter (can be replaced with 7gr gr dry yeast dissolved in 50 ml water)
10 gr salt
50 ml olive oil
