My favorite steak dish I've ever made. Everything about it. The steak is so incredibly flavorful- more than you've likely ever had from any steakhouse. Plus, this sauce is a mind-blower. I HIGHLY recommend making your own beef stock for it. This is one of those where it's absolutely worth having homemade stock.
