Garlic Lover's Oil
You cannot deny the awesome flavors of garlic! Sometimes you just need that fix and this is a great way to get that garlic fix! If you have garlic, scallions, basil, lemon, a couple of seasonings, and a high-powered blender, you will quickly have the most amazing and incredible condiment! One of those ingredients though, is from Celeste Oliva of Concord, NH. With their incredible garlic olive oil. This is such a CRAZY-good garlic olive oil and it is so easy to fall in love with it! You will need either a high-powered blender or a hand-held immersion blender to bring this all together. Keep this refrigerated for approximately one week. To be honest, this is so good that it won't last the week. Ours was gone in four days! For this recipe, you need a digital scale.
