I’m not sure what to call this chicken recipe, but I do know it’s absolutely delicious! It’s my go-to recipe for salads—the flavors are incredible with a perfect balance of sweetness, savoriness, and a touch of heat if you like it spicy. It pairs wonderfully with white rice, cucumbers, Romaine lettuce, basil, and Vietnamese pickled carrots and radish.
