Every now and again I like switching gears to make something I’ve never made before. Even though cooking a piece of cauliflower isnt a new trend, its something I always wanted to try because I love steak, and I love cauliflower. One of my favorite things to eat alongside a steak is bacon brussels sprouts because between the tartness of the sauce and the smokiness of the bacon, its a perfect side. In this recipe you get a simple and delicious balsamic maple glazed brussels sprout recipe, and an incredible homemade butter to use to cook the cauliflower, but also to eat at a later date on some toast.
Ingredients
2 cups of brussels sprouts
0.5 pound (roughly 8 stips) of thick cut bacon, diced
0.5 cup of balsamic vinegar
