fresh-roma-tomatoes....vodka-sauce!
Earlier in the spring I potted some Roma tomatoes, not really expecting much out of it, but I was hopeful. These things are growing like crazy! There's only one thing to do with Roma tomatoes, make an incredible vodka sauce from scratch and toss it with some Penne. Chef's kiss on this one...you'll love it just as much.
