The end of summer has me feeling nostalgic for summer flavors and nostalgic recipes and what's more nostalgic than pop tarts? I went with three flavors inspired by the two: 1. Strawberry lemon poppyseed 2. Smores made with my homemade collagen marshmallows and chocolate chips 3. Tomato basil mozarella You can go with ANY flavors you like, just follow the assembly instructions below to make the hand pies. <3
