Chocolate cake and flan are combined to create the Mexican dessert known as chocoflan. I chose to create a red velvet variation of this popular dessert, which incredibly delicious and unique. The texture of the leche flan layer is rich, creamy, and smooth. Paired with the red velvet cake layer that’s rich, fudgy, moist, and indulgent. This combination of flavours works so well together. Although this cake might seem intimidating, If you follow the instructions carefully, and follow the tips and tricks that I’ve provided, you’ll master this dessert in no time!
