Oxtail is definitely one for a special occasion! There’s nothing more satisfying than fall of the bone tender meat, accompanied by a rich silky sauce. I don’t like butter beans, so I left them out. However it is traditional, so if you want to give them a try then add to the dish 30mins before serving.
