Fresh shrimp cooked in a buttery lemon garlic sauce mixed with spinach and Parmesan make for the most delicious one pan pasta dinner! Dare I say one of my favorite pastas I've ever made...it's THAT GOOD.

Ingredients

8 ounces fettuccine pasta (fresh is best I like the gf egg fettuccine from Trader Joe's)
2 tbs olive oil
1.25 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
