Who knew cauliflower could be this good? I did. And now you will too. It’s tender on the inside, crispy on the edges, and coated in a sweet and spicy harissa glaze that brings serious flavour. Serve it on a creamy white bean hummus, drizzle with tahini dressing, and finish with pine nuts, herbs and a little paprika magic. It looks fancy but couldn’t be easier.
