Cuz antioxidants, vitamins A n’ C, hydration, and gut healthy baby. 👼🏻 And do as I say and not as I do, add the appropriate amount of milk to your smoothie. 😘 I was overzealous wit the milk pour (that’s what I get for not looking) but idk I just committed to it. Cuz MILK. If you doooooo add the appropriate amount of milk you’ll be left with a thick smoothie that is the perrrrrfect base for toppings. And if you add extra, well it’ll still clearly be delicious and amazing. Smoothie bowls are a great way to start the day with tonzzz of nutrients and protein. And if you don’t have time to sit and eat the bowl, just follow my lead, add extra milk, and commit to the smoothie. 💃 Happy Brekkie 💕
