Masita is a dish that can be cooked and seasoned in many ways; it's called masita because it's made with masa or instant corn masa mix and can be thin like gravy or thick like mashed potatoes. It can be made only with vegetables or salsa and any meat. This is a low-budget recipe. I ate this on flour tortilla tacos, and they were so good.
