This Cuban dish is one of my favorites! Although the one I had for the first time was made with a beef skirt, this one with pressure-cooked beef chuck is also phenomenal. It is probably not 100% authentic, but I’m sure you will love it. Don’t be surprised by marinating the meat after cooked; it turns out amazing!
