Spicy Peanut Noodle Kugel
Kugel is an Ashkenazi Jewish dish traditionally served on Shabbat and Jewish holidays but this isn’t your ordinary cottage cheese and raisin kugel. This is a spicy peanut noodle kugel and although you haven’t tried it yet I’m confident it’ll be the best kugel you've ever had. It has all the components of the spicy peanut noodles you’d find at a Chinese restaurant but in kugel form. Whether you celebrate Hanukkah or not, you will love this take on the classic kugel. It's creamy, spicy, savory and slightly sweet. You will never go back to ordinary kugel again. I love you ❤️
