Strawberry Biscuit Cake (no Bake)
Here's a delightful and effortlessly elegant no-bake strawberry Frasier recipe. It's perfect for creating an impressive "wow" effect, but please enjoy it within the day due to the delicate biscuit base. That said, components can be made in advance and finished up to an hour on the day of serving plus refrigeration time to set. If you want to adjust the servings, you can easily scale down the recipe. For instance, take the total custard cream amount (which includes 300g of heavy cream) and divide it by your desired quantity. The smallest practical division is by 4 since there are 4 egg yolks in the recipe. This will give you about 210 grams of custard cream, suitable for serving approximately 2-4 people, with 4 servings being on the smaller end. Keep in mind that if you divide by 4, all other ingredients must be adjusted accordingly, and your presentation might differ, such as with a strawberry garnish or topping. Just a reminder, if you divide by 4, all other ingredients need to be adjusted accordingly. To complement this dessert, consider pairing it with champagne, prosecco, or a glass of bubbly moscato. For the preparation, make sure you have piping bags, a 20cm ring tart, and a blow torch for unmolding. Alternatively, you can use your hands.
