nanu's-palak-aloo
This is a super easy (and quick!) veggie dish that makes a great side to many meals. I like the distinctive flavour from using only green chilis - though I suggest removing those after cooking, to save your unsuspecting diners. I usually leave them in but I do warn the kids so that they can avoid them!
Ingredients
500 g chopped spinach
4 cloves garlic, grated or crushed
1 small medium onion, quartered
