Ok ok it's not actually baby sized, but it's definitely smaller than the OTHER Einkorn loaf recipe. And I'll be honest with you... I'm using "einkorn" in the title liberally because it has a higher proportion of bread flour than einkorn flour. But alas! The einkorn is what really drives this recipe and well earns the title. The loaf is perfectly tender inside with a delicate crumb and thin, outrageously crispy crust. Like the blistering on these is bonkers!! I hope you love it.
