This is a very versatile recipe. You can change the seasonings or use fresh garlic and onion if you would prefer. I use what I have on hand. You can substitute most of the ingredients. I have used cream cheese with sour cream. As long as your mix is spreadable and not overly wet, this recipe will always turn out delicious.

2 cups baby spinach,chopped
1 cup sour cream
