We cook this low and slow until it's outrageously tender. The prep work is minimal before baking, then you get a 4-5 hour break to focus on other things like showering, reading a book, or yeah maybe just making a bunch of other sides… But it is so tender, shreddable, and finger licking good with the gravy.
