Boneless Leg of Lamb
What's an Easter dinner without lamb as the centerpiece? I know lamb can seem a little intimidating, but it's truly so easy to make if you have some time and patience. We cook this low and slow until it's outrageously tender. The prep work is minimal before baking, then you get a 4-5 hour break to focus on other things like showering, reading a book, or yeah maybe just making a bunch of other sides… But it is so tender, shreddable, and finger licking good with the gravy.
