I threw this creamy garlic tortellini together one night using a few ingredients already on hand. I loved it so much, I started making it all the time, and have refined the recipe since then. It tastes amazing on its own but is also the perfect canvas for cooked chicken and veggies when I'm looking for a more complete meal!
Ingredients
300 grams tortellini of your choice, uncooked (I used three cheese)
2 tbsp butter, unsalted
3 cloves garlic, minced
