sweet-fish-sauce

This is the most essential Vietnamese sauce and it's very customizable based on your preferences. You can change the amount of any ingredient to your liking. The amounts I put down are just suggestions. Sometimes I also put in minced galangal but I didn't include it since you can't find it at every grocery store. I keep one jar of this in my fridge and another one with fresh chopped asian herbs added. You can put this on literally anything. Enjoy!
