Banana Bread
So...I've just been told that this is the best banana bread in town. Now that's a compliment! :) Funny enough I still remember the day I discovered/fell in love with this recipe. I was at work (pre-marriage) and Nanu had packed it in my lunch. I loved this banana bread so much I was convinced she had bought it. But nope, she baked it herself! We used to make it with walnuts, until we discovered Isa's allergy. We sadly thought we'd never bake banana bread again, until Auntie Rebecca told us that chocolate chips are an amazing substitute - and she couldn't be more right! Whichever you choose, walnuts or chocolate chips, you can't go wrong with this recipe.
