As a kid, Friday nights were strictly spent at Nando’s. I’ve probably eaten Nando’s in excess of 100 times in my life, not even exaggerating! So, I think it’s fair to say that my tastebuds are pretty in tune with the ingredients in the marinades for their chicken. So here’s my interpretation of Nando’s chicken, with a Jamaican spin.
