Sopa de Pavo "levantamuertos" (el Caldo Sanador) "turkey Soup "lift the Dead" (the Healing Broth)"
[This soup is the perfect "after party" dish. It's a hearty broth similar to "sopa a la minuta" or "chicken diet" soup, but enhanced with the flavor of roasted turkey and plenty of collagen thanks to the feet and necks. It contains vegetables, noodles, and a touch of kion (ginger) that cleanses the palate. It's nutritious, hot, and has that homemade taste that warms the stomach.]
